How to Organize and Access Your Content in Arcloop?

What is Library?

Library is the media folder for your current IP world.

Images, videos, and audio files you upload or generate are managed here in one place. Later, when you create characters, make storyboards, or edit videos, you can choose directly from Library.

In simple terms:

  • Library: image, video, and audio files
  • Assets: creative objects the Agent can remember and reuse
  • Binding: connecting media to a character, scene, prop, or visual reference

What is inside Library?

Library is mainly divided into three categories:

  • Images: character images, scene images, prop images, reference images, storyboard images
  • Videos: generated videos, uploaded videos, video clips for editing
  • Audio: voiceover, music, sound effects, character voice references

You can switch between different types, or use search to quickly find the media you need.

How do you upload media?

After entering the current IP world, open Library.

Click the upload button to upload local files.

Currently supported:

  • Images: png / jpg / jpeg
  • Videos: mp4
  • Audio: mp3

After upload, the media appears in the matching category.

You can preview, search, download, and delete it, or select it later in the creation workflow.

How do you use Library during creation?

In many creation flows, you can choose:

  • Upload from local
  • Select from Library

If the media has already been uploaded, choose it directly from Library. It is faster and avoids duplicate files.

Common uses:

  • Select a character reference image from Library when creating or editing a character
  • Use an existing image as a visual reference in a storyboard
  • Save the result to Library after image editing
  • Add video or audio to the timeline on the editing page
  • Select a voice clip from Library when setting a character voice

What is the difference between Library and assets?

Library contains files.

Assets contain creative objects.

For example, if you upload an image called "Zhen Huan early look," it starts as an image in Library.

When you bind that image to the "Zhen Huan" character asset, it becomes a reference image for that character.

Then, when the Agent generates plots, storyboards, and videos, it can better understand:

  • Who the character is
  • What she looks like
  • What style she should keep
  • Which images can be used as references

How do you manage media?

In Library, you can:

  • Search media
  • Preview images, videos, and audio
  • Edit media names and descriptions
  • Download media locally
  • Delete media you no longer need
  • Select media in bulk
  • Download or delete in bulk
  • Bind images to characters, scenes, props, or visual references
