Mark each block as fixed, selected, or rewritten. Fixed blocks should not change across shots. Selected blocks offer a small choice, such as close-up, medium, or wide. Rewritten blocks must be authored for every shot, such as the character's goal in the moment.

Attach the right reference to the right block. A character asset supports identity. A visual reference supports line quality and palette. A storyboard supports timing. A pose reference supports body position. Do not make one reference carry every responsibility.

Open your IP Project at /creative/worlds and go to My Assets. Create a Character entry for your lead — upload a reference image to Library, then Bind it to the character as the Main image. If the character has a second costume or expression used in reveal shots, Bind that as a Reference image on the same asset. Do the same for the key prop: create a Prop entry, Bind its photo or illustration as Main image.

Go to the Episode where your reveal shot lives and click Generate Shots. ArcLoop breaks the episode into shot cards. Find the reveal shot card and edit the description: type @ and select your character asset, then @ and select your prop asset. After the references, write only what is new in this specific shot — the camera angle, the concealment action, the lighting condition, the final frame. Nothing about what the character looks like; that is already in the asset.

Click the image generation button on the shot card first. Confirm the composition, prop placement, and character identity before spending credits on video. If the prop is hard to read, adjust the shot description and regenerate the image. Once the frame is right, generate video for that card.
